The Outcome
when living consciously
In all engagements, Heart Living aspires to teach you to live your life with more awareness and mindfulness: you learn to live consciously.
Through all the programs, journeys and workshops, the intention is to invite peace and harmony into life every day (Balance), helping you to become open to new ideas and experiences (Creativity), revealing new ways of relating and working together (Synergy) and, through the experience, you will start tapping into your innate inner strengths and drive in a deeper more powerful way (Resilience).Balance
Bringing peace and harmony into life every day
It’s becoming increasingly more important to lead a balanced life in this fast-paced modern world we live in. A balanced life is so much more than adopting a healthy diet, exercising, getting proper sleep, having health relationships and a quieter mind. It’s about living a life that brings peace and harmony into it every day, in every area of life. As you become aware of and align yourself to your true values, beliefs and aspirations; you can make congruent purposeful choices that leave you feeling steady, stable and confident to act consciously despite the complexity of the system we live in.
Creativity
Being open to new ideas and experiences
Strategic visioning and being innovative both at work and home are qualities that allow you to provide direction and a sense of purpose in all that you do. As you let go of the fears that hold you back and ease the rigidity of past familiar ways, you can become more present in the here and now. The chaos in your mind starts to quiet down. You open up to new ideas and experiences. Your curiosity grows. You increasingly trust your intuition. And then, all of a sudden, synchronicity happens.
Synergy
Discovering new ways of relating and working together
Becoming a better version of oneself is powerful; however, the cooperation of two or more people produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. Looking at our lives holistically, be it in in our professional, social or family contexts, we operate in relation to others most of the time. Discovering new ways to collaborate, work in groups and manage those around us will lead to more harmonious and productive interactions and will have a thriving effect for all parties involved.
Resilience
Tapping into your innate inner strengths and drive
To sustain energy levels under pressure and coping with disruptive changes are just two of the many demands that we are constantly faced with. For this to be sustainable, it’s not possible to rely exclusively on sheer perseverance and forcing yourself through it. This leads to burn out. Becoming aware of what truly drives YOU is paramount so you can operate in congruence and alignment to who you really are – becoming self-driven as opposed to being influenced solely by other’s expectations of you. Stamina and emotional strength comes from being vulnerable, genuine and living your truth.
